Cancellation Policy:

Non-refundable Reservations:

• Cancellation is not possible

Refundable Reservations:

• Cancellations made more than 2 days before the check-in date will be fully refunded (excluding booking and refund fees).
• Cancellations made within 2 days of the check-in date will not be refunded.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the stay, and the reservation will be canceled.

Payment Methods

Hotel Gaivota Azores offers fast and convenient payment options. You can pay for your package using the following methods:

• Credit Card
• Multibanco Reference
• MB WAY

At the time of booking, you will be redirected to a Redunicre page, our secure payment partner, where you can select your preferred payment method and follow the instructions.

Payment via Credit Card

You can make a payment by credit card through a secure online payment method. The payment is securely processed from your card to the bank account of Hotel Gaivota Azores (Gaivota - Empreendimentos Turísticos, Lda.) via a third-party payment processor (Redunicre).

Payment by credit card does not incur any extra fees for the customer. Any fees associated with this transaction will be charged entirely to our company.

You will need to enter your card details, including the card number, expiration date, and the security code.

Once your payment is validated, the purchase amount will be debited. Our bank and Redunicre are the only entities that process these details and ensure secure data transmission. We only receive the authorization result.

For customers paying by credit card, some banks may charge currency exchange fees since transactions are processed in euros (€).

Note: As a security measure promoted by VISA International and Europay/Mastercard, transactions using these card systems will only be processed by Redunicre if you provide the CVV2/CVC2 security code. This three-digit code is located on the back of your card, immediately following the card number on the signature panel. An example is provided below:

Payment via Multibanco Reference
You can make a payment using a Multibanco Reference at an ATM or through your online banking system.

The payment is processed via Redunicre (a secure entity that handles Multibanco payments). This operation requires that the customer has a Portuguese bank account.

Payment via Multibanco Reference does not incur any additional fees for the customer.

MB WAY
Simply select the MB WAY payment method, enter your mobile number, and confirm the notifications in the app.
